STORAGE TIPS:

Store unwashed in a produce bag in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Beans can be blanched and frozen for up to one year.

CULINARY TIPS:

  • Break off the stem end prior to cooking

  • Lightly sautee or steam for a quick side dish

  • Quickly blanch and serve in a salad to add extra crunch
